Welcome to the 1.security group of websites (the "Site"). "You" or "Your" refers to any individual who visits or otherwise uses the Site. Please review the following terms of service (the "Terms") concerning your use of the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

 

Restrictions on Use of Site

As long as you comply with these Terms, 1.security grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. You may not:

  • Collect any product listings, descriptions, or prices for commercial use.
  • Download or copy account information for another merchant's benefit.
  • Engage in "deep-linking," data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site.
  • Reproduce or copy the Site or any portion thereof for commercial purposes without express written consent from 1.security.
  • Use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of 1.security without express written consent.
  • Use any meta tags or hidden text utilizing 1.security's name or trademarks without express written consent.
  • Impose an unreasonable load on the infrastructure of the Site or 1.security's systems or networks.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site.

 

Use of the Services, Privacy

  1. Services

    1. General: 1.security will make the Services available to Customer for Customer's internal business purposes in accordance with the relevant Order Form. For clarity, the Services are not for resale. 1.security will process Content in accordance with Customer's and Users' instructions.
    2. Services Configuration: Customer shall be responsible for configuring the Services per Customer requirements, subject to the functionalities or limitations of such Services.
    3. By entering this Agreement, Customer represents that its purchase of Services is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features or dependent on any oral or written comments made by Egnyte regarding future functionality or features.
  2. Access to the Services. 1.security provides the Services in a hosted, cloud-based format that requires a broadband network connection and the internet browser of choice to access.
  3. 1.security will provide support for the Services as described in the applicable Order Form (“Support”). 1.security may update its Support from time to time on written notice (which may include posting the updated Support on 1.security’s customer support website), provided the new level of support is not materially less than that described in the applicable Order Form as of its effective date.

 

Use of Materials

All materials on the Site ("Materials") are provided by 1.security or its third-party providers and are copyrighted. Except as stated herein, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or display these Materials without prior express written permission from 1.security or the respective third-party providers. Unauthorized use of any Materials may violate copyright and other laws.

 

Your Account

If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. 1.security reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

 

Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions

Additional terms may apply to purchases of 1.security's products and to specific Site features. You agree to abide by such terms. If there is a conflict, specific portion terms control with respect to your use of that portion of the Site.

1.security may change products, services, or prices at any time without notice. Materials on the Site regarding products may be out of date, and 1.security makes no commitment to update such materials.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. 1.security is not responsible for the contents or use of these websites. Links are provided for convenience, and inclusion does not imply endorsement by 1.security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action related to these Terms will be brought in Poland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.
